As revealed by a source, "Atharvaa has been training for over three months on the tracks with Nagarajan, who has coached some of the accomplished sportspersons of the state." Director Ravi Arasu confirmed the reports saying, "Atharvaa is a dedicated actor. He wanted to have the stamina of an athlete before he started shooting for the film. He trained with Nagarajan, who has coached sportspersons like Kumaravel Premkumar, a national record-holder in both indoor and outdoor long jump and who has won medals at the Asian Athletics Championships. Atharvaa has made it a practice to train on the tracks from five to eight every morning at the sports academy in Parry's Corner. He is particular about sporting a runner's legs, and has even developed a six-pack for the film. Nagarajan even told me that Atharvaa is better than some of the other athletes and that he has developed the body language of a professional athlete." Eetti, which stars Sri Divya opposite Atharva, may start its next schedule this June.
