Dileepan Will Play One Of Rajinikanth’s Sons In Kaala

Pa. Ranjith’s ‘Kaala’ will star Rajinikanth, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar and because of this, there is a lot of hype surrounding the project. Till now, two schedules have been completed in Mumbai for the project that went on floors on May 28. Sources have now revealed that Vathikuchi actor Dileepan will be playing one of Rajinikanth’s sons.

The movie tells the story of Karikalan’s rise as a gangster. According to a source, “Thalaivar’s character Karikaalan hails from Tirunelveli and his entire family including his wife (played by Eswari Rao) and sons move to Dharavi for survival. The story of Karikalan’s rise as a gangster is portrayed in the story. Huma Qureshi (she essays the role of Zareena) comes as Karikaalan’s ex-girlfriend and their combination scenes will be a treat to watch out for”.

Currently, the team is on a break as Rajini has gone to the U.S. for medical check-ups. When they reassemble, the team will shoot in Chennai. ‘Kaala’ will be released sometime next year.
