Filmmaker R. Kannan hires a train to shoot Oru Oorla Rendu Raja

Settai maker R. Kannan’s next, Oru Oorla Rendu Raja, is reported to have a train in a major role along with its leading stars, Vimal and Priya Anand. The role is presumed to be so much important that the director has even hired the Mayavaram railway station along with the train for the first schedule which will continue for ten days.

The director revealed further, "This train is almost like a character in the film. We will be shooting an important sequence, sort of a flashback, in a station. So, we sought permission from the authorities almost two months ago to shoot at the Mayavaram railway station. We will be shooting from March 6 to 16 there." The film, also starring Soori in a pivotal role, is set to undergo production today. The filmmaker added further, "We have erected a station set with trains in the city as well.”
