GV Prakash And Parthiepan To Star In Baba Bhaskar’s Maiden Directorial

Good friends GV Prakash and Parthiepan have been roped in to play lead roles in an upcoming commercial entertainer. Titled ‘Kuppathu Raja’, the movie will be a maiden directorial venture of popular dance choreographer Baba Bhaskar. This is the first time that both the actors will be seen sharing screen space with each other.

On working with GV Prakash, an elated Parthiepan said, “I am excited to be part of this project and this is the first time I am sharing screen space with GV. There is a huge slum set that has been erected and I was astounded seeing the magnanimous set-up. I have the confidence that this will be a big film for both of us.”

He further added that he shares an age-old relationship with the Pencil actor. “GV and his wife Saindhavi, sang a duet for my film Kathai Thirakaithai Vasanam Iyakkam. Since then we have been good friends”, said the Koditta Idangalai Nirapuga director. The makers are yet to reveal details about other cast and crew of the movie.
