Hari hires a Bhojpuri villain

The popular baddie of Bhojpuri movies Awadhesh Mishra has stepped into the Kollywood industry. The actor is all set to make his Tamil debut with Vishal-Shruti Haasan starrer Poojai. The action thriller will be directed by Hari and produced by Vishal under Vishal Film Factory banner. Apart from Vishal and Shruti Haasan, the film will also feature Sathyaraj, Raadhika Sarathkumar and Mukesh Tiwari in supporting roles. Awadhesh will be portraying villainous role as usual.

Hari confirms, "The story of the film will begin in Coimbatore and end in Bihar. I was on the lookout for a popular Bhojpuri actor to play a crucial role. Recently, I met up with Awadhesh when I had gone to Bihar to finalize the locations. He is a well-known actor in the Bhojpuri circuit and has a great track record. We will start shooting his portions in the next few weeks." Appreciating the Bhojpuri actor, Hari says "When I came across Awadesh, I thought he would do justice to the role. He has proved my guess right as he is delivering a very good performance.”
