Harish Kalyan Talks About Vil Ambu

Actors Harish Kalyan and Sri will be seen in lead roles in the upcoming film Vil Ambu. The movie is directed by Ramesh Subramaniam with Suseenthiran as producer. The music for the film is composed by Navin.

Known for his roles in movies like Pooriyaalan, Sindhu Samaveli and Aridhu Aridhu, Harish recently talked about the scope of the film. He said, “Vil Ambu would be a realistic commercial film and would have a live feel like you generally experience in Suseenthiran sir's films. The 2nd half would be in the action thriller space. I play the role of an ambitious middle class lad living in a colony while Sri plays a nearby slum dweller. We aren't friends in the film and whether our characters influence one another is the film's crux which would be established in the film's opening narration itself. Srushti plays my college time girlfriend. In my segment, the father-son angle would have a key part in the proceedings”.

The movie is ready to be released and will have a second trailer launched soon. Vil Ambu is expecting its censor certificate that will clear it for release. It has a runtime of about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
