If It Happens Again, This Show Is Not Important To Me: Kamal Haasan Threatened To Quit Big Boss Tamil

Veteran actor Kamal Haasan, who is currently hosting “Big Boss Tamil”, threatened to leave the show. Allegedly, the actor is upset with the show makers. He started off Saturday’s episode with a warning to the runners of the show.

As part of the budget task, the inmates of the Big Boss house were asked to imitate mentally challenged people. They were given dresses and roles to enact. The task was renders as an act of utter insensitiveness and disregard for mentally challenged people.

Kamal considered apologizing to the audience even though he had no hand in deciding the activities for the housemates during weekdays. “The task that made fun of mentally challenged people was not in a good taste. And I’m actually angry about it. We all have social responsibilities”, said the actor. “I request them (Bigg Boss team) not to repeat such activities on the show hereafter. If it happens again, this show is not important to me”, he added. The 62-year-old actor also mention that he will never have a mentally challenged person enacted in his films for comic relief.
