Ileana D’Cruz not bidding goodbye to T-Town

While she is having a great time in Bollywood with big assignments in her hand and her first Hindi filmBarfi!making her a renowned name in the Hindi belt, talented actress Ileana D'Cruz has said that she is not leaving Tollywood.

Speaking during her first visit to the city afterBarfi!release, she said, "These rumours are not true. I am not leaving Tollywood. I started my career eight years ago in the Telugu Film Industry and it is because of my work here that I have got recognition." Ileana added, "I am listening to Telugu scripts. I will do a Telugu film soon. Both Telugu and Hindi are important to meand I will balance work in both these industries." The actress is presently busy with her next Bollywood film with Shahid Kapoor,Phata Poster Nikla Hero.

On the gruesome Delhi gang rape case, she said, "In the Telugu filmRakhi, I play a fiery journalist who stands up for herself and other women and fights for justice in society. In real life too, I think women should not keep quiet when incidents like these happen. The attitude of our society towards women should change and it can happen only when women are treated with respect in each and every home".
