Jai’s Next With Debutant Director Pichumani Titled Jarugandi

It is a known fact that Venkat Prabhu's assistant, Pichumani, is coming up with his first directorial venture. Produced by Nitinsathyaa, the flick will star Jai in the lead role. And now we hear that the makers have titled the film as Jarugandi.

Talking about the film, the producer said,” Like 'One Nation One Tax', jarugandi is 'One Nation One Word' because everyone is familiar with it. Just like jarugandi, which means 'move on' in Telugu, the film's script is a fast moving one, so we felt that it will be apt as the title.” He further said that the movie is 50 percent complete.

Nitinsathyaa added, "We will begin the next schedule on December 12, and finish the entire film in that schedule.” Newbie Reba Monica John will be cast opposite Jai in the film. Amit Kumar Tiwari, who played the villain's son in Siruthai, will be essaying the role of a baddie in this movie also. Rumours are doing rounds that the motion poster of the film will be launched today by Nitin's Chennai 600028 team.
