Jayam Ravi Likes Trisha ‘Very Much’

Suraj’s directorial ‘Sakalakala Vallavan Appatakkar’ is set for release on Friday. Recently, the film’s team spoke to press in Chennai where Jayam Ravi talked about his co-star Trisha. They have worked together in ‘Vellitherai’ and ‘Something Something... Unakkum Enakkum’. 

Jayam told, “This is my third film with Trisha. People ask whether I like Trisha that much because I am working with her often. It is true that I like her very much. What’s wrong in it? She is my good friend. She Is very clear in everything. The way she handles certain situations has surprised me. I could not have done it like that. Trisha and I have been acting for the past 11, 12 years. I can say the character she has done in this film is new for her. Even she herself said to me that she has never done such a character in Tamil”.

He also talked about Anjali and said, “Anjali has a very good role in this film. It is me who suggested her name for this character as I felt she would be apt for the role. Normally heroines would act in 10 routine roles in commercial films to take up an experimental role in one film. But Anjali is an actress will go for experiment in 10 films and take up commercial roles in only one”.
