J.D. Chakravarthy Roped in for Ranjith, Rajinikanth’s Next

Pa Ranjith has roped in J.D. Chakravarthy to play the villain in his upcoming film starring Rajinikanth, as per the latest reports. It is also said that the director had organized a workshop, in which Chakravarthy and the Lingaa star rehearsed together. The yet-to-be-titled film is produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu.

As of now, Prakash Raj and Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan are on board with Rajinikanth. Also, it is said that the director is in talks with Radhika Apte to play the love interest of Thalaiva. The flick’s 60-day shooting schedule will start from August 2 in Malaysia and Thailand. The music for the film will be given by Santhosh Narayanan.

J.D. Chakravarthy is one of the popular names in the industry. He debuted in Bollywood with Ram Gopal Varma’s Shiva. The Telugu star will soon debut in Sandalwood with Ravani.
