Jiiva’s ‘Thirunaal' To Hit Screens On April 1

Jiiva has waited long for his forthcoming film ‘Thirunaal'. The film featuring Nayantara as the female lead was supposed to hit the screens on Diwali last year, however it was pushed back. Then it was being said that the action entertainer would finally release on Pongal, but the film was again postponed. After facing repeated postponements the film finally has a release date.

Sources close to the film’s unit have revealed that the flick will be released by the makers on April 1. The action entertainer has been delayed several times and people have been eagerly waiting for the film. The K.P Subramaniam directorial will be releasing couple of weeks before Vijay’s ‘Theri’ and Suriya’s ‘24’.

Jiiva is currently awaiting the release of his film with director Ramprakash Rayappa titled ‘Pokkiri Raja’. The film will hit the theater screens on February 28. The Mugamoodi actor would be hoping that both his films get a positive feedback from the audiences. His last venture ‘Yaan’ did not get a great response from the audiences. On the other hand Nayantara has delivered a string of hits, hopefully she will continue her streak.
