Kabir Singh to play villain in Ajith’s next

Model-turned actor Kabir Duhan Singh will play a grey shade in his next. The actor will lock horns with Ajith Kumar in the untitled project. The film will be helmed by Siruthai Siva and it is Ajith’s 56th film in the industry.

According to a source, “Kabir has been signed on to play the antagonist. He will join the sets in June and shoot non-stop to complete his portions". The film features Shruti Haasan as Ajith's heroine. Lakshmi Menon is most likely to play Ajith's sister, while the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.

The actor was last seen in Telugu action movie ‘Jil’. The regular shoot for the untitled project will start from May. A.M. Rathnam will produce the movie and Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music.
