Karunakaran’s Bag Is Full With With Different Films

Having more than 50 films to his credit, actor Karunakaran has created a place for himself in the Kollywood industry. The actor has acted with number of superstars including Rajnikanth. And now he is gearing up for his next project Vivegam which will see him alongside Ajith.

In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Karunakaran said, “When I received the offer to act alongside Ajith sir, I couldn’t miss the opportunity. Siva sir’s script was so impressive that I agreed to be a part of this prestigious project. I’m quite excited to see the intro scene of Ajith sir in theatre!”

The Thiri actor who will essay the role of APS, a translator, said he found it challenging to shoot in certain locations. “We shot in extreme weather conditions in Belgrade, Sofia and Plovdiv and due to the cold weather, we used to get back ache. There would be tedious work, but it was made to look effortless by the hard work and energy of Siva, Ajith sir and the entire team,” he said.

Apart from Vivegam, the 35 year old also has Kalavu, Veera with Krishna, Sillukuvaarpatti Singam with Vishnu Vishal and Priyadarshan’s next in his kitty. In Kalavu, which is in the dubbing stage, he will be seen playing a role with grey shades.
