Lakshmy Ramakrishnan To Make A Film Inspired From ‘Hindi Medium’

Bollywood film ‘Hindi Medium’ starring Irrfan khan and Saba Qamar was one of the phenomena movies which was praised by all. From celebrities to audience, everyone sang praises for the film. The flick was loved so much that it was even made tax free in several states.

And now there is one more admirer of the film. And she is none than director Lakshmy Ramakrishnan who is impressed with the movie that she has decided to script another movie by taking inspiration from it. She even took her Twitter to praise the flick. She also met the producers of ‘Hindi Medium’ while she was in Mumbai recently.

She stated that she wanted to talk to the makers for buying Tamil rights of the movie. But since they were busy with the promotional work of their next, therefore she could not get time to talk to them. Hence she decided to script another story based on it. She further said that ‘Hindi Medium’ is inspired from a Malayalam movie ‘Salt Mango Tree’, which in turn was inspired from a Bengali film. The shooting of the flick will start soon.
