No film for Dhanush, Shankar together?

It was recently reported that ace filmmaker Shankar and National Award winning actor Dhanush would team up for a film very soon but as the news has taken shape the entire reports seem to be untrue, as of now. A couple of years ago, same kind of rumours were on the rise in the market about the duo when the director was about to start working onNanban, which ultimately featured Vijay in its lead role.

As reported by close sources, Dhanush's call sheet possessed by AGS cinemas was supposed to be shared with the filmmaker. Though Archana Kalpathi, the CEO of AGS cinemas denied the reports and dismissed them completely.

However, fans of Dhanush can at least watch out for something interesting in a couple of days as the actor and the director are about to share the same stage for the audio launch of Bharath's555.
