Palli Paruvatthile Focuses On School Teachers

Vasudev Bhaskar is awaiting the release of his upcoming movie titled Palli Paruvatthile. The movie is based on the incidents that the director experienced in his school. In fact, he shot the movie at the same campus in Tanjore.

The story of the flick will revolve around high school teachers. The movie marks the debut of Nandhan Ram, son of noted music composer Sirpi. Actress Venbha of Kadhal Kasakkudaiah will be playing the female lead. KS Ravikumar will be essaying the role of Vasudev’s school headmaster Sarangan.

When asked from Vasudev whether he experienced any problem in submitting the film for the censor certificate, he said, “We had problems projecting poultry, which are grown at home. There were some changes made in song lines and they also asked me to remove the reference to our Prime Minister in a dialogue. All said and done, the members who watched, came out so emotional and we were given ‘U’ Certification. It’s a tribute to all the teachers in the world.”
