Quentin Tarantino took inspiration from Kamal Haasans film?

So its not like that only Indian filmmakers get their ideas from Hollywood films as noted Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino has recently accepted that he took inspiration from megastar Kamal Haasans film Aalavandha for gruesome scenes in Kill Bill. Tarantino, who is renowned for action flicks like Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs and Inglorious Basterds besides Kill Bill, has reportedly told Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap that the idea to use Japanese manga animation to depict particularly gruesome scenes in Kill Bill came to him from an Indian film. And the only Indian film to use this method is Haasans Aalavandhan. Kamal is very happy to hear that such a brilliant director had been inspired by him.
