Raghava Lawrence’s Next Is Based On Real Life Incidents

Raghava Lawrence has confirmed collaborating with noted writer Vijayendra Prasad for his next. Vijayendra, who is the father of SS Rajamouli also wrote the script of Baahubali. The untitled movie will be made in two parts and is set in the backdrop of 18th and 19th century.

When asked from Raghava how he landed the role in the film, he said, “It was Prasad sir who had suggested that I would be apt for the lead role since the story is full of Tamil nativity.” He further said, “When he narrated the one-liner, I was floored. Without any hesitation, I gave my nod. Prasad garu is in the process of completing the script. The massive scale and the story demanded it be done over two parts.”

He also revealed that the film is made on real life incidents with a bit of fiction. The makers have approached Kajal Aggarwal to play the female lead. A source has revealed that the team will decide on the location once the script is done. Rumours are that the flick will be shot either in Andhra Pradesh or in Chennai.
