Ravi-Amala: Lead pair of Samuthirakanis next film

It seems that Tollywood actress Amala Pauls stars are shining very bright these days as the Mynaa star has bagged noted Tamil filmmaker-actor Samuthirakanis next film opposite Jayam Ravi. The duo, who was earlier to be paired together in Boologam but could not do it due to dates problem, will now finally be romancing one-another on screen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Nimirndhu Nil. Ravi announced this on Twitter, "My next with Samuthirakani is titled Nimirndhu Nil.. Alongside Amala Paul. And music by GV Prakash. Rest of cast & crew yet to be finalized." According to reports, Amala has a strong role in this movie and she was paid a hefty amount for the film. While this will be the second bilingual of the actress after Kadhalil Sodhapuvadhu Yeppa, Ravi will be doing it for the first time. The movie, which is being produced by KS Sreenivasan's Vaasan Visual Ventures, is expected to go on floors in coming August.
