Ravi Varman Will Join Indian 2?

Kamal Haasan earlier revealed that veteran Telugu producer-distributor Dil Raju would bankroll the film under his home banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. However, the latest news is that the sequel of Kamal- Shankar’s earlier blockbuster is being made by Lyca Productions, who are presently bankrolling Shankar’s sci-fi film 2.o. Meanwhile, it is yet to be officially announced.

Apart from these major changes, there is another buzz. Pan-Indian cinematographer Ravi Varman is all set to join the team of the flick Indian 2. Earlier Kamal and Shankar had worked in two blockbuster films of Varman namely, Vettayadu Vilayaadu and Dasavatharam and in Anniyan.

Recently in an interview, Varman revealed, “Rajkumar Hirani is an intense filmmaker known for his path-breaking movies. I’m happy to be associated with him for a biopic and enjoying my work”. On the work front, Varman has been working in Rajkumar Hirani’s next, titled Sanju — a biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt, starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.
