Rs.45 Crore: S.S. Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali 2’ T.N. Theatrical Rights Cost

July 10, 2015 marked the release date of an epic historical fiction film, ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’. This movie was highly appreciated for its visual effects. Now, its continuation, ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ is almost filmed.

The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for the flick, ‘Baahubali 2’, have been snapped for a whopping price of Rs. 45 crore. A source from the film unit revealed, “The TN theatrical rights have been bagged for Rs 45 crore. The buyer is yet unknown because the makers have kept the name under wraps.”

It was further reported by the source that, “The climax features an awe-inspiring battle sequence which will last for about half hour in the film. It’s going to be even more grand and dramatic than the battle scene in the first part.” The buzz that this flick is creating is making it all-the-more popular. ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ alias ‘‘Baahubali 2’ will release on April 14, 2017.
