Shruthi finds a godfather in Harish Shankar

Tollywood bombshell Shruthi Haasan has found a mentor in none other than noted Telugu director Harish Shankar. The filmmaker has not only given the actress first blockbuster of her career -- Gabbar Singh-- but he is also recommending her to other filmmakers, according to sources. Reports are also coming that he almost forced producers Kodali Nani and Vallabhaneni Vamsi to cast her in their next project opposite Jr. NTR. Harish has also contacted Ravi Teja's camp and reportedly requested director Gopichand Malineni to cast Shruthi in the actors upcoming film.
