Shruti Haasan may play lead in multi starrer opposite Karthi

Actress Shruti Haasan is reportedly in talks to play the lead role in the multi starrer film that is being talked about with Karthi and Nagarjuna. Shruti may star opposite Karthi in the film which does make it special.

The project is going to be helmed by filmmaker Vamsi Paidipallyandwill soon go on the floors. The makers reportedly approached Shruti for the role and she quite liked the script. The actress apparently got on board but is busy with her other commitments. A source close to the proceedings confirmed and said "The makers have approached Shruti for the leading lady's role and the actress has expressed her desire to be part of the project.” Theactress is currently shooting for her next film Mahesh Babu and will then begin working on this project.
