Suriya’s ‘24’Crosses $1.5 million In U.S. And Canada

Suriya’s ‘24’ has been making a lot of money at the box office in India as well as overseas. The film has crossed the $1.5 million mark in the U.S. and it is being said that it will still do a lot of business there. The film did a fabulous business at the box office its first week, and reports suggest that it has continued to perform in the second week as well.

Reportedly, the Vikram Kumar directorial has collected Rs. 3.9 crore in its second week in Chennai. On its second week in North America, it collected $58,966. Sources reveal that by May 15 the flick crossed the $1.5 million mark not only in the Unites States of America, but Canada as well. 

Reportedly, the science fiction thriller is also performing in the non-Tamil states in India. The huge success of the film has forced the makers to contemplate about the sequel as well as the prequel. Hopefully, both the ventures will soon be announced.
