Taapsee Pannu talks on her character in Vai Raja Vai

Actress Taapsee Pannu’s next big flick will be Vai Raja Vai. The rom-com will be a camera piece of filmmaker Aishwarya Rajinikanth Dhanush. It is being said that the starlet will be portraying a negative character in the movie. Pannu said, “All I can say is that I am neither an arm-candy nor a typical villain who is baying for the hero's blood in the film.There are multiple shades to the character and she is a smart, intelligent woman with business on her mind. There's no other motive apart from that.”

Even though Taapsee has a very small role in the film, but this hasn’t made any intrusion on the level of excitement she is at about her role. She quoted, “I am playing a small, but important role which is responsible for lots of twists and turns in the film. For the kind of films we make, it's extremely difficult to play full length characters like this. I told Aishwarya that she doesn't have to make me look nice just for the sake of it. As an actor,my first priority is to elicit a strong emotion from the audience no matter what character I play on the screen and that's what I have tried doing in Vai Raja Vai.”
