Tamil Rights Of Spyder Sold For Record Breaking Price

Mahesh Babu’s much awaited movie Spyder is near completion. The movie is in its last stagwe of its shoot which will go on for 10 days. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual.

Touted to be a spy thriller, the film will feature Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Suryah, Bharath and RJ Balaji apart from Mahesh Babu. The makers are planning to wrap up the shoot by the end of June this year and expect to release it in September. NVR Cinema and Tagore Madhu will bankroll the film.

Mahesh Babu will play a stylish spy, while, Rakul Preet will play a clumsy medical student. And now we have heard that the Tamil rights of the movie are sold at staggering prices. Recent reports reveal that that Across Films, which has distributed flicks like Kuttram 23 and Sivalinga, were in talks to take the distribution rights of the movie. It is being said that the Tamil rights will be sold for a huge of 18 crores (approx).
