'Thala 56’ To Be Released A Day Before ‘Thoongavanam’

Many films are being expected to hit theatres around Diwali, the festival of lights on Nov. 11. The films that are set to dazzle the festival of lights are Kamal Haasan's ‘Thoongavanam’, Ajith's ‘Thala 56’, Dhanush's ‘VIP 2’ and Udhayanidhi's ‘Gethu’. Some of the films out of these would make it to theatres well in advance of the occasion. 

If rumours are to be believed, ‘Thoongavanam’ and ‘Thala 56’ will be released well before Diwali. It is being said that ‘Thala 56’ might be released on Nov. 5, while ‘Thoongavanam’ can be expected to hit theatres a day after, on Nov. 6. However, an official confirmation of this is still awaited.

Meanwhile, the shooting of ‘Thala 56’ is going on at a rapid pace. The post-production work of the film is in progress. The yet to be titled ‘Thala 56’ will feature Ajith ,Shruthi Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Kabeer Singh, Ashwin Kakamanu and Vidullekha Raman in key roles.
