Vikram Launches Son Dhruv In Kollywood

Actor Dhruv is all set to make his Kollywood debut in the remake of Telugu hit film, ‘Arjun Reddy’. The actor, who is the son of National award-winning actor Vikram will be stepping into the role of the lead character in the flick. Vikram had officially announced the launch of his son ad also posted a small video of Dhruv on his Instagram, which he titled, “Ready to make the leap”.

The original film starred actress Shalini Pandey and Vijay Deverakonda in the lead and it was critically acclaimed. Moreover, producer Mukesh Mehta took to his social media account and wrote, “We are extremely happy to share that Dhruv Vikram will be essaying the lead in the Tamil version of Arjun Reddy. We are honoured by the opportunity and confidence shown in us by Vikram, and we will work towards making it a memorable launch”.

Meanwhile, a source has revealed that the team is looking for a renowned director for the Tamil version. However, Bala and Vignesh ShivN names have popped up for the work, the film’s director is yet to be finalised. The film will be produced by E4 Entertainment .
