‘Yes, We’re Living Separately’, Soundarya Rajinikanth On Her Marriage

Rajinkanth’s younger daughter, Soundarya Rajinikanth, has decided to call it quits with her estranged husband, shocking fans all over. In a recent public event, the talented producer-director admitted that they are living separately for a year. She got married to Chennai-based industrialist, Ashwin Ramkumar in 2010.

On being asked about the divorce, she said, "Yes, it is true that Ashwin and I have been separated for over a year now, and that divorce talks are on. Hope everyone will understand the sensitivity of this topic, and respect our privacy".

Changing the subject, Soundarya rather talked about her recent job. "It's an honour to take up this responsibility. My heart goes out to the animals that can't talk for themselves, and I'll do my best to bring about a change insofar as how we humans treat and perceive them is concerned", she said. Soundarya was recently selected as the Ambassador for Animal Welfare Board of India.
