Actress Jayasudha To Act In Mani Ratnam’s Next

Good news is there for the fans of senior actress Jayasudha as the lady has finally signed a film after a long gap of six months. Jayasudha has accepted the offer to act in Mani Ratnam’s upcoming film. Mani Ratnam has personally approached to the actress with the offer.

Jaya has lost her husband six months ago and since then she has not signed any project. This will be the first film she accepted after the incident. A source in industry has told, "There is one important role in the film and Mani Ratnam specially asked Jayasudha to do it. The actress agreed and this is her next Tamil film after Oopiri."

The veteran actress has performed in both Tamil and Telugu films, though her popularity grew in Telugu films. But, the best part is that Jayasudha can read and write Tamil and this will surely help Mani. The film will go on floor from January 2018.
