Amma Rajasekhar busted for drunk driving

Popular choreographer and filmmaker Amma Rajashekar was reportedly caught in a drunk and drive case on Friday night at Jubilee Hills check post in Hyderabad. According to the cops, the Telugu director had consumed alcohol beyond permissible limits. When tested, the breath analyzer recorded 51 points, which normally shows between 30-35 points. The police immediately seized his vehicle and took him into their custody. Apparently, his wife was also in the car, when he was caught by the cops.

Amma Rajashekar has been a part of various films like Ranam, Takkari, Bheebatsam, Mango, Monarch and Mudra. The filmmaker is also set to make his acting debut with Ranam 2. According to the sources, Amma has been asked to reach the court on Tuesday after a counselling session at Goshamahal police station. People from Tinsel town getting caught in such a case is not new as a lot of celebs have previously been busted for drunk driving. Such an incident raises the question of glamour industry’s accountability towards society.
