Harish Shankar Gets Emotional At Duvvada Jagannadham Thank You Meet

Director Harish Shankar had to face a lot of criticism from the film critics for his movie ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’. Present at the thank you meet for the film, the director got emotional and opened up about what he thinks about the film and the critics. ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles.

“India is the biggest democracy in the world and anyone can voice their opinion. However, reviews aren’t criticizing the film’s subject or character, but are rather targeting the director, which is not correct”, the director said. “I have my own attitude and that’s why I got to direct Gabbar Singh. I didn’t get an attitude after the film”, he added.

Harish was also upset about the fact that the dialogues, which according to him were great, were not highlighted. Meanwhile, ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ has earned over Rs. 75 crores at the box office in 4 days. It is being expected that it will reach the Rs. 100 crore mark in the first week.
