Kamal Haasan Breaks His Long Standing Practice

Actor, screenwriter, director, producer Kamal Haasan has broke his long-standing practice for a good cause. The talented actor was strictly against endorsing brands. Even well-paid offers were unable to tempt him from last 50 years. It is for the first time that Kamal has signed an endorsement deal.

A deal has been signed by Kamal Haasan with ‘Pothys’, which is a leading chain of textile and jewellery showrooms in Tamil Nadu. He has taken this step for helping AIDS Patients. The multitalented actor would be donating the pay package he receives for associating with the brand for the welfare of AIDS patients.

The television commercial will be shot by this week in Chennai. The 2-minute ad will be aired soon. Earlier, Shruti Haasan endorsed ‘Pothys’ boutique showroom. Now, her famous father has become a part of the bandwagon.
