Laya Gorty Meets With Car Accident In U.S.

Actress Laya Gorty, who was last seen in Sai Karthik directorial ‘Adda’ in 2013, has met with a car accident. The ‘Rashtram’ actress was travelling from California to Los Angeles when she met with the accident. According to the reports, the 34-year old was immediately rushed to the hospital and is now stable.

Reportedly, the actress, who married a doctor in 2006 and settled in California, suffered minor injuries and is safe now. Her family members rushed to the hospital after hearing the news and were relieved to see her safe. Her fans were worried when they heard the news of her accident.

The talented Tollywood actress debuted in ‘Swayamwaram’ in 1999. She went on to act in 40 Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam movies. The actress is a trained Kuchipudi dancer and has also won the Nandi Award for Best Actress two times for movies ‘Manoharam’ and ‘Preminchu’. Rumours are doing the rounds that she will return to Tollywood this year.
