Mahesh Babu’s Sister To Take Up Direction?

Mahesh Babu’s sister Manjula Ghattamaneni is best known for her acting skills and for bankrolling flicks. After serving Tollywood for 15 years, Manjula is keen to take up direction. The 46-year-old lady is soon to helm a Telugu film.

Rumours are doing the rounds that Manjula’s directorial debut will have Sundeep Krishnan as the male lead. Reportedly, the 29-year-old actor was approached for the role and it sounds as if he has given his verbal consent to do the film. Moreover, the script of this touted film has been prepared. Gemini Kiran, who has produced the recent Nani starrer ‘Majnu’, has come forward to bankroll this project.

Manjula’s last work was ‘Sevakudu’ that released in 2013. Krishna and Srikanth were her co-stars in this flick. Since Manjula had to face a few failures in her recent works, it is hoped that her forthcoming project brings her success.
