The one-film old lass is immensely excited about her Telugu debut. "It's a romantic entertainer with a thriller element in it. When the script was narrated to me, I instantly gave my nod because I really liked it. Also, I have heard a lot about my co-star Nithiin. So, I'm pretty excited to work with him. We're set to start the shooting next month," she says. “Right now, I don't know if my voice would be dubbed by somebody else, but I would love to learn the language to get my dialogues and lip sync perfect," she further added.

Mishiti, who used to work as an English teacher at a Kolkata-based privately owned school before becoming a part of this industry recalls, "Since the very beginning, I have been a very independent person and would hesitate to depend on my parents for money. When I was in Class X, I started my own coaching classes and used to teach English to school kids at our home. One of my students was the daughter of documentary filmmaker Shobha Mitra. And through her, Shobha contacted me and asked if I would be interested in acting in one of her documentary films. So, that's how my acting career began, although I had never planned to become an actress."

Mishti who was born Indrani Chakraborty in West Bengal confirms that Mishti has been her nickname since childhood. Talking about her expectations from the industry, Chakroborty says, "I'm new to the industry, so I'm very confused. Though it's an advantage for me that I made my debut under the direction of Subhash sir, I want to take things easy and go slow right now. I'd love to be part of more Telugu films if something good is offered in future. But Bollywood will always be my focus. I've two more films with Subhash sir and under his mentorship; I'll definitely explore and learn more." Best of Luck, pretty lady!!
