Nagarjuna Akkineni’s Role In ‘Raju Gari Gadhi 2’ Disclosed

Ohmkar’s 2015 horror comedy film ‘Raju Gari Gadhi’ is all set for its sequel. Surprisingly, the original flick didn’t do well at the box office. Recently, the upcoming second iteration was launched in Hyderabad. The movie stars Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead role.

The launch event was graced by the presence of Nagarjuna and producer Prasad V. Potluri aka PVP. The latest we hear about the second instalment seems to be a good news for Nagarjuna fans. The actor is likely to get seen essaying a pivotal role in the flick, that of a magician. Nagarjuna has himself disclosed the latest deet about his role, stating that it is the first time he would be essaying a role of a magician in his career.

If rumours doing the round turn out to be true, it can be said that the anchor-turned-director Ohmkar is taking a step forward with the casting. The music for the second part is being handled by S. Thaman. On a related note, ‘Raju Gari Gadhi’ starred Ashwin Babu and Dhanya Balakrishna in the lead roles. The movie was bankrolled by Varahi Chalana Chitram, AK Entertainments Pvt. Ltd and OAK Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. The background music was rendered by Sai Karthik.
