Nandhan Ram Is A Committed Actor, Here’s Proof

It’s time for legendary music directors Sirpi’s son, Nandhan Ram, to make his debut in the Kollywood industry. Nandhan’s debut flick will be based on a real-life incident that happened in filmmaker Vasu Dev Baskar’s life. Baskar is helming the project.

Going by latest reports, the debutant will tonsure his head for real in the flick. This shows how committed an actor he is. As per the director, “When I was a school student in Tanjore, I was active in stage dramas as I dreamt of entering films... but my father did not approve then. Today, leaving my other businesses, I am into films and this is my third venture! Palli... reflects the theme of not forcing children in a particular direction for self-serving reasons”.

While talking to Nandhan, the actor revealed why he chose acting as his career. He said, “When Vasu sir called for auditions, the first thing he asked me was, ‘Are you ready to go with a clean-shaven head?’ Without any hesitation, I agreed! I have also done a few risky stunts without a dupe. I am blessed to have worked with biggies like KS Ravikumar sir and Urvasi madam”.
