Nayantara in talks to star in Chiranjeevi’s 150th film

Nayantara is in talks to star in Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. “A few heroines have been shortlisted, and out of those, Nayanthara is the strongest contender to play Chiranjeevi's heroine. The makers are shortly expected to take a final call on the decision", said a source close to the development.

The film is set to be produced by Ram Charan. The untitled Telugu film will be helmed by Puri Jagannadh. The script for the flick has been written by B.V.S Ravi. Nayantara and Chiranjeevi have not worked together before, so it will be interesting to see how the duo collaborates for the film.

The movie is set for launch on August 22, which will be Chiranjeevi’s 60th birthday. The film will go under production in September and is slated for release during the Sankranti festival in 2016. Chiranjeevi was last seen on the big screen in Magadheera and this film will mark his comeback in Tollywood.
