Oopiri Will Have Nora Fatehi In An Item Song

The Telugu remake of the French film The Intouchables will get an item song to appeal to the local crowd. Moroccan actress Nora Fatehi will be featuring in the song, the shooting for which recently commenced. According to sources, Gopi Sunder has composed the song.

A source close to the sets of the film stated, “Of course there's no song in the original, but the makers have brought in this inclusion in the remake in an attempt to cater to the local sensibilities of Telugu and Tamil audiences. Nora began shooting for the song on Tuesday. Karthi has joined her on the sets as well”.

The source added, “Nora is thrilled to be part of this project. The song will come in at an interesting juncture in the plot, and helps propel the story forward. That said, Nagarjuna is unlikely to be a part of the song, considering he plays a paraplegic”. The movie is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally.
