Singam 2 shooting starts

The shooting of much-awaitedSingam 2, a sequel of Tamil superstar Suriya’s 2010 smash hitSingam, has started here on Wednesday, according to sources.

Sources said that director Hari had shot the first shot with the lead stars, Suriya, Hansika Motwani and Anushka Shetty, on the occasion of Ganeshotsav. Devi Sri Prasad, who is composing music for the film, also tweeted recently, "Having fun in the studio composing forSingam 2. Suriya came and spent some time. We all had a great time". First installment of the action-packed movie, featuring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, also became a big hit in Hindi.
