This Is Why Manoj Was Left Terribly Insulted

Manchu Manoj entered the Tollywood industry as a hero with action comedy film Donga Dongadi in 2004. The film fared well at the box office although it wasn't a hit and made Manoj a promising star. Although he started well in the industry, his last 2-3 movies bombed at the box-office.

The actor’s last two movies, Sourya and Attack, didn’t do well at the box-office. Therefore, expectations from his next, Gunturodu, were high. However, Gunturodu too, was unable to keep up the expectations and failed. The movie’s response was so poor that not even a single ticket of the film was sold out at a premiere show in overseas.

The show was eventually cancelled. This left Manoj terribly insulted. Seeing the response and back to back flops, analysts and critics are suggesting the actor to go for supporting roles or anti-hero roles. Let’s see if Manoj manages to pull off with his next movies.
