Venkatesh and Pawan’s OMG to go on floors on June 2

Pawan Kalyan is all set to work on the Telugu remake of the Bollywood film OMG – Oh My God! with Venkatesh. Pawan Kalyan will be seen as God and Venkatesh will be playing the role of a middle class guy in the movie. The roles were essayed by Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal respectively, in the Hindi version of the movie.

Suresh Babu and Sharat Marar are jointly producing the movie. The filmmakers will also officially launch the movie in Hyderabad. Latest reports say that the shooting of the film will start in the city from June 2 onwards. However,the leading lady of the movie has not been decided yet.

OMG – Oh My God! was a Hindi satirical comedy-drama film revolving around a man who sued God. The film is based on a Gujarati stage-play entitled Kanji Virudh Kanji. Made on a budget of Rs. 20 crore, the film released on 28 September 2012, and received extremely positive response from critics.
