Venkatesh’s Leading Lady Finalised For Next Flick?

Daggubati Venkatesh was last seen in the Telugu remake of critically acclaimed Madhavan -starrer Bollywood boxing drama ‘Saala Khadoos’. It was titled Guru in Telugu. Post Guru, the actor has signed two other projects.

One of the projects is with filmmaker Teja. While male lead was confirmed, the makers were not able to zero in on a female lead for the film. Names like Kajal Aggarwal and Tamannaah were doing the rounds earlier but seems like their hunt for a heroine for their film has come to an end.

If reports are to be believed, actress Nithya Menen has been approached for the film. As per a source, “Interestingly, Venkatesh and Nithya were to team up for a rom-com that was a family drama under the direction of Kishore Tirumala. However, that project didn’t take off and the pairing never happened. It may happen now though”.

We are waiting for an official confirmation though.
