Venky Gives Green Light To Varun Tej-Sreenu Project

The upcoming Varun Tej-Sreenu Vaitla film had its muhurtham ceremony today. The project was launched by Victory Venkatesh as he commenced the proceedings by sounding the clap. The team has not decided on the title for the film as of yet.

Varun Tej will be sharing screen space with Lavanya Tripathi who will play the female lead in the film. It is also reported that Hebah Patel will also be seen in a pivotal role. The untitled project is being touted as a romantic entertainer. Nallamalupu Bujji and Tagore Madhu will be producing the project with Mickey J Meyer composing the music.

Varun was last seen in ‘Bangalore Naatkal’ which was directed by Bhaskar. It featured Sri Divya, Arya, Rana Daggubati and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Loafer actor made his debut in the Telugu industry with his 2014 film ‘Mukunda’, though he was present in the 2000 film ‘Hands Up!’ as a child artist.
