Disclaimer: This review might be a little biased considering Im a Salman fan.
Over the last 3 years, I have seen every Salman film without any logic or thought, and enjoyed atleast Dabangg & Ready, this time, he wanted me to think & I wasnt ready to.
A RAW Agent who goes on a few missions, falls in love, elopes. Thats the story in short.
Only 2 hours 10 min long, the film covers some stunning locales, especially Cuba.
The romantic tracks is a bit too slow & one expected the film to be more crisp.
The action is the highlight of the film & a farcry from his over-the-top madness.
The weakness of this film is the songs which really fall flat.
Salman roars yet again & shines in the fight sequences. Kat looks superb & does a decent job.
Director Kabir Khan gets stuck between a massy entertainer & a classy thinking encounter. Not always a good idea.
All in all, It takes me some time to accept Salman doing something not completely mindless & I dont know if thats what Id prefer him doing. One time watch only.
