What happens when the film-makers are not sure that what are they trying to show??? The answer is 'United SIX'. A movie with worn out ideas can never catch eye-balls and that is exactly the result of this so-called Chick Flick released this weekend. Its a story about six girls putting up in Bangkok who are fighting for their individuality every day. Nothing worked in their favor and out of anger & frustration they plan to rob a bank.
Now speaking of the idea, it's neither effective nor convincing. Director Vishal Aryan Singh gave equal space to all the debutants but owing to weak script and dialogues none of them stood out. Their progress into the mission is closely shown onscreen but still the movie as a whole falls short of many things.
One thing which can be appreciated about the flick is its climax and undoubtedly film-makers did a good job there. The only thing they forgot is that a movie works on box-office if it engages the audience entirely and not in bits & pieces.
It seems as if Vishal Aryan Singh was not sure about, what he is trying to make with six hot girls as protagonists. Even tracks of the movie are not good enough to raise the bar for it. Unoriginal plot, sluggish narration, weak screenplay, awful music all sums up to give a below average film called 'United Six'.
Nothing to be watched in this one except its climax and that what makes me think, if movie-makers would have given half of their time that they gave to come up with such a climax , United Six would have done wonders.
Footer: Go for other releases this week or rather stay at home but don't bother watching this one.
