Dangerous Ishhq
The past is best left forgotten 2.0/5

Dangerous Ishq is the comeback vehicle for Karishma Kapoor and she looks good in the movie. She also wears a fabulous pair of shoes throughout. The other thing constant is her pained expression whether she is in this life or in another century.

Dangerous Ishq is a love story spanning several centuries right up to the present. A man gets kidnapped and his fiance starts getting hallucinations that she and her boyfriend are someone else from the past. A session of past life regression tells her that they were separated during the Partition. Many other such regressions happen and every time they utter the word marriage they get separated. The heroine tries to use the clues given by the regressions to find the kidnapper and solve the mystery.

Till the interval the story kept us fairly engaged. However, our pleasure was short lived and our hopes belied when the story post interval started gathering steam and also confusion and stupidity. It was getting quite amusing to guess where she would emerge next and what would happen. The ending is quite far out and left us goggle eyed.

To top it all we saw it in 3D which was good only for the scenes in the past to show you the temples etc to good effect.

All in all, go watch something else.
