There's a septuagenarian unwed multimillionaire woman Madame Khambatta ( Lillete Dubey). She trusts four service providers - A governess Sheena Roy( Zareen Khan),an investment banker Patrick Sharma( Gautam Rode),her car driver Bachchan Singh( Mohit Madan) and her lawyer Gaurav( S Sreenath). There's also one guy Ricky( Abhinav Shukla) and a Supari killer( Denzil Smith) .Each is scheming to kill the Madame for her riches. The Madame does get killed. The question arises whose the ' master schemer'? Whose blackmailing whom? Each gets eliminated one by one.Who usurpes the riches? The modus operandi in commiting crimes is deceit, forgery, poisoning and staged road accident . It's a rare thriller where no gun is used.Nor any police investigation. The viewer keeps guessing till the end. Offcourse such movies do involve a bit of skin show and erotica.Steamy scenes lapped with background songs. The editing, performances and direction ( Ananth Narayan Mahadevan)is good. On the con side - it's highly unlikely that crimes are being commited with no gloves worn? instead of dolling up a fairly younger Lillete Dubey to look a septuagenarian ,it would have been better to cast a real life septuagenarian .The third dream song could have been avoided. All in all Aksar 2 is engaging. Offcourse it's box office report may not be encouraging.
